In this first meeting we go to work together, we meet and discuss the current situation. Based on your reason and question, we formulate the desired result and the approach to be used in the coaching trajectory. It becomes clear what we can expect from each other. If desired, your supervisor can participate in the goal-setting part of the conversation.

The meetings
Due to the individual character of the coaching process, we focus on your specific question: you go through a tailor-made process. The number of conversations and duration are adjusted to your specific coaching question. The most common coaching trajectory consists of an intake interview and six coaching sessions.
The evaluation
During the completion of the coaching process, we look together at the development you have gone through and how you can continue your development independently.
